Our reclean process

If you’re not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, simply follow these steps:

  2. Provide your name, contact information, and details about the cleaning service.
  3. Include photos or videos of the areas you’re unsatisfied with to help us better understand the issue.

Our service-specific guarantees

Once we receive your request, we’ll promptly schedule a reclean or offer another form of compensation. Our guarantee covers the following services:

  • Window Cleaning: If you notice any streaks, spots, or missed areas after we’ve cleaned your windows, we’ll return and reclean them at no additional cost.
  • Gutter Cleaning: We guarantee that your gutters will remain free-flowing for three months after our service. If you experience any blockages or overflowing during this period, we’ll re-inspect and clear your gutters again, free of charge.
  • Other Cleaning Services: For all our other services, such as conservatory, solar panel, or exterior cleaning, if you’re unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, let us know right away. We’ll address your concerns and reclean any problem areas to ensure your satisfaction.
